About the Role:

CoreWeave is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We are growing and looking for an experienced, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You'll work closely with our hiring leaders across our teams within the GTM organization to help us accomplish our ambitious hiring goals. The Talent Sourcer will be critical in supporting our high-volume recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging top talent for various roles within our organization. Working closely with our Talent Partners, the Talent Sourcer will utilize creative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs, requirements, and team dynamics for open positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, online databases, social media, networking events) to identify potential candidates.
  • Proactively source, screen, and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to assess their technical skills, qualifications, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing necessary logistical support.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team to gather feedback, evaluate candidate fit, and facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and best practices in technical sourcing and recruitment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, cloud technologies, and related skill sets.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, Greenhouse a plus
  • Passion for recruiting and talent acquisition with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,000-$110,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
