Eashaa D. Parekh

Eashaa D. Parekh is a Senior Corporate Counsel at CoreWeave, where they have been since 2025. Prior to this role, Eashaa gained extensive legal experience through positions such as Vice President at Build America Mutual and Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Eashaa also completed various legal internships, including at FINRA and the U.S. District Courts, where they contributed to significant legal research and case preparations. Eashaa holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from Syracuse University.
