Genevieve Silverio

Genevieve Silverio is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and people programs. Currently serving as the Director of People Programs at CoreWeave since May 2025, Silverio previously held the position of Head of Talent at Forsman & Bodenfors New York from February 2017 to May 2025, where collaboration with business leads and global HR leaders was vital in shaping talent strategies and initiatives. Silverio played a key role in establishing the agency's first employee resource group and facilitating the development of six additional groups focused on diversity and wellness. Prior experience includes leadership roles in talent and culture at Big Spaceship, and talent coordination at The Barbarian Group, which received multiple accolades as a top workplace. Silverio holds a Bachelor of Music degree from New York University and a Professional Human Resource Management certificate from Pace University.
