Shelby Hilton-Dugar is an experienced leader with a strong background in organizational strategy and investor relations, currently serving as the Director of People Programs at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since May 2019. In this role, Shelby has driven enterprise-wide initiatives focused on enhancing talent capabilities and fostering cultural transformation. Previously, as the Director of Investor Relations, Shelby was instrumental in developing the company's corporate narrative and managing investor communications, enhancing transparency and stakeholder alignment. Additionally, Shelby provided strategic guidance as a Senior Manager in Corporate Development, overseeing post-merger integration and aligning corporate cultures.
