Adrian Bullock

Adrian Bullock, CRCR, is a seasoned healthcare compliance leader with extensive experience in payment compliance and denials management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Payment Compliance at Beaumont Health since October 2017, Adrian oversees a cross-functional team of 120 employees, managing underpayments, clinical denials, appeals, and audits. Notably, Adrian established the Denials Management Action Team (DMAT), achieving an 11% reduction in denials. Previously, Adrian held leadership roles at LifePoint Health® and Parallon, consistently exceeding recovery targets and fostering positive work cultures. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.
