Fátima Gonçalves

Fátima Gonçalves has extensive work experience in HR and communication roles. Fátima is currently serving as the People & Communication Director - Europe at Cork Supply since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the HR and Communication Director at MAHLE from June 2012 to January 2019. Fátima also held the position of HR Corporate Director at Grupo Monte - Monte Adriano from October 2010 to June 2012. Before joining Monte Adriano, they worked at Continental Mabor in various HR and communication roles from 2003 to 2010. Fátima also had a brief stint at Continental Matador - Slovakia as an HR Development professional in early 2008. Their career began at Axa Portugal, where they worked in HR development from 1999 to 2003.

Fátima Gonçalves holds a Master's degree in Sociology of Work from the Universidade do Porto. Fátima also obtained a Post-graduation degree in Sociology and a Sociology Degree from the same institution. Fátima has additional certifications including a Professional Life Coach certification from Transformation Academy in 2023, the World Business Forum Madrid 2022 certification from WOBI, and a Neuro-linguistic certification from SOLFUT (Richard Bandler) in 2018. Fátima also holds a CAP (trainer) certification from IEFP and Happiness Life Coach certification and PPA- DISC certification, both obtained from Transformation Academy and Thomas International respectively.
