Geoff Geddes

Geoff Geddes, AIA, currently serves in Construction Administration at Cormia Design Group, beginning in June 2023. Prior experience includes Development Manager roles at Vero Sade and OTO Development, as well as positions at Arch Companies, Universal Orlando Resort, and Merlin Entertainments Group, where significant projects included the Orlando Eye and Sea Life. Previous leadership roles encompass Vice President of Architecture and Construction at RIDA Development Corporation and Vice President of Construction at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, where Geoff implemented risk mitigation strategies and redefined project management processes. Early career highlights include project architect work on Universal's Islands of Adventure and project management for Orange County Public Schools. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky and additional business education from UCF College of Business.
