Erin Grech, CHRP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Capital Lead at Cormorant Utility Services since September 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR activities and policy development. Previously, Erin held various HR roles at the Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network and OLG, focusing on labour relations, recruitment, and occupational health and safety.
