Jay Kalte

Jay Kalte, NCSO, serves as the Director of Fleet Operations at Cormorant Utility Services since July 2018. Additionally, Jay holds the position of Fleet and Facilities/QA Manager at EPTCON Ltd, a specialized high voltage electrical contracting firm, since September 2007. In this role, responsibilities include managing production for the Controls Division, overseeing manpower, procurement, scheduling, and budget management, as well as estimating project costs and leading ISO 9001 quality management system implementation. Jay is also a certified trainer for various equipment operations and has extensive experience in safety management and policy development. Previously, Jay worked as a Production Supervisor at C-T Wire Prep Inc. from 1996 to 2007.
