Rob Darlington has extensive experience in operations and educational development, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Corndel since November 2017. In this role, Rob leads the delivery of Level 3 and Level 5 leadership and management programmes, oversees the Skills for Business programmes, and manages the Learner Support function. Prior roles include Director of Assessment and Skills for Business, where Rob led operational departments to ensure timely entry into End Point Assessment, and Director of Skills for Business, focusing on student success in Maths and English qualifications. Rob's career began as a Functional Skills Tutor, and includes roles at EQL Solutions Ltd. and Elmfield Training. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Edge Hill University and is currently completing the Senior Leadership programme at The Imperial College and Corndel.
