Jennifer Nafe

Jennifer Nafe is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at CorneaGen since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of HR Coordinator at Crane Aerospace & Electronics from February 2018. Jennifer's HR journey began as a Human Resource Assistant and Staffing Coordinator at Caradigm, a GE Healthcare company, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and employee support. Before transitioning to HR, Jennifer worked as a Secondary Science Teacher at Denver Public Schools, focusing on student development and data-driven instruction. Additionally, Jennifer founded and operated Jade Palms Health & Healing Center in Florida for over a decade, providing complementary healthcare services. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Urban Education and Leadership from the University of Denver, a Master's degree in Chinese Medicine from Florida College of Integrative Medicine, and a degree in Exercise Science with minors in Chemistry and Physics from Northern Arizona University.
