Katharine McGough

Katharine McGough, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Paradigm since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Core-Mark International and as an HR Coordinator at The Vomela Companies. Katharine began her career with HR internships at Minnesota Valley Electric Cooperative and Girl Scouts River Valleys. Katharine earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of St. Thomas, completing the degree in 2019, and holds a high school diploma from Holy Family Catholic High School.
