John Swinburne

John Swinburne is an experienced professional in High Performance Computing (HPC), currently serving as Principal Solution Architect at Cornelis Networks since January 2021, where responsibilities include providing technical pre-sales and implementation support for HPC projects in Northern Europe. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Intel Corporation from March 2012 to January 2021, including HPC Technical Sales Specialist and Business Development Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Principal HPC Systems Engineer at QLogic, HPC Technical Consultant at Oracle Corporation, and HPC Technical Consultant at Sun Microsystems, with responsibilities ranging from pre and post-sales support to the design and implementation of HPC environments. John holds a BSc in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh and attended Blackfyne Comprehensive School from 1990 to 1995.
