Jennifer Cattier

Jennifer Cattier has an extensive work experience in the legal and investment industry. Jennifer currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at Cornell Capital, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at SK Capital Partners from 2021 to 2022. From 2020 to 2021, Jennifer was the General Counsel - Almanac at Neuberger Berman. Before that, they held the same position at Almanac Realty Investors from 2015 to 2021. Jennifer also spent time at Deutsche Bank as the Head of Alternatives Legal from 2013 to 2015. Jennifer had a long tenure at Morgan Stanley, where they held several roles, including Head of Legal for Real Estate Private Equity Funds, Chief Compliance Officer for Merchant Banking and Real Estate Private Equity, and Head of Legal for Private Equity and Infrastructure Funds. Jennifer started their career as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.

Jennifer Cattier completed their Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Trinity College-Hartford between 1988 and 1992. Jennifer then pursued a law degree (JD) from Brooklyn Law School from 1994 to 1997.
