Mike Bays has a comprehensive work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Mike started their career at Fluke Corporation in 1991 as a member of the Cost Accounting Department. Mike then moved on to Avista Corp in 1996 and worked as a Financial Analyst until 1999. Mike joined Darigold in 1999 and held various roles including Plant Controller, Cost Accounting Manager, Manager of Operation's Analysis, and Director of Finance. After that, they worked at Kettle Foods Inc as the Vice President of Finance from 2007 to 2008. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance at Cornell Pump, where they have been working since 2008.
Mike Bays completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from the University of Washington, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Mike attended the university from 1988 to 1991.
