Trevor Squier

Trevor Squier is a seasoned finance and operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations at OtoNexus Medical Technologies while also being an EHF Fellow at the Edmund Hillary Fellowship. Trevor founded Redacted Innovations LLC, providing consulting services to innovative companies in the biotech, health tech, and clean energy sectors, focusing on scaling operations and financial infrastructure. Trevor is an early-stage investor and startup advisor, actively engaging with venture capital firms. As the founder of the Kisimiri Health Clinic in Tanzania, Trevor has contributed significantly to healthcare access in local communities. Trevor’s previous roles include vice president at Presidio Investors, experience in biotechnology investment banking, and a scientific position at Semprus Bioscience. Trevor holds an MBA from Boston University and advanced degrees in chemistry and biomedical engineering.
