Chelsea Ghent

Chelsea Ghent is an experienced professional in philanthropic management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Student & Young Alumni Giving at Cornell University since January 2017. In this role, Chelsea manages solicitation volunteer committees and develops strategic messaging for student and young alumni outreach. Chelsea leads the Senior Class Campaign to promote the significance of philanthropy among graduating students and fosters engagement through the Council on Young Alumni Philanthropy. Previously, Chelsea worked as a Program Manager at Cornell, overseeing a large student philanthropy initiative that generated $1 million annually. Chelsea's earlier roles include Assistant Director of Continuing Education at Trinity Washington University and Auto Liability Claims Adjuster at Allstate. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Economics, and Finance from SUNY Oneonta.
