Deborah Shigley

Deborah Shigley is the founder of Shigley Solutions, established in January 2015, providing HR consulting services to businesses of all sizes, focusing on employee relations, communication, diversity, and performance management. With over 27 years of HR experience at Cornell University, where Deborah serves as HR Director for the Research Division, managing a workforce of approximately 750 staff, the expertise spans various research areas. Additionally, Deborah holds the position of NYS SHRM Director, overseeing support for 15,000 members, and has previously served as Immediate Past President for SHRMTC. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from SUNY Empire State College and a Bachelor of Applied Science from The State University of New York.
