Erika Crawley

Erika Crawley, M.S. Ed, is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of HESA Consultants LLC since July 2024, and serves as the Assistant Director of Student Conduct & Community Standards at Cornell University, a position held since January 2022. Involvement with Cornell University Employee Assembly includes roles as a Committee for Campus-Constituency-Elected Trustees Member, Chair, and Women’s Representative focused on advocating for staff employees. Crawley actively participates in the Association for Student Conduct Administration, holding positions such as Chair for the Equity & Inclusion Committee and presenting at annual conferences on topics including tokenism, imposter syndrome, and alternative resolution methods. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution at The University of Texas at El Paso and Area Coordinator at the University of Maine at Farmington. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Southern Maine and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Bethune-Cookman University and Michigan State University.
