Francesca Schultz

Francesca Schultz, JD LLM, currently serves as an eCornell Course Facilitator at Cornell University, instructing professional development courses on law for business professionals and business ethics. As General Counsel for the Americas at Hansen Technologies since September 2020 and a Business Law Professor at Southern New Hampshire University until March 2024, Francesca brings extensive legal experience spanning various roles including Assistant General Counsel at Capgemini, Legal Counsel at Volaris Group, and Manager of Contract Specialists at PHEAA. Francesca began a law practice as the owner of the Law Office of Francesca R. Schultz and previously worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas, a Certified Legal Intern at Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic, and a Legal Intern at PennDOT. Academically, Francesca holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from The University of Alabama School of Law, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Penn State University, and a Securities Law Certificate from Cornell University.
