Cindy Joyce

Cindy Joyce is an accomplished Executive Recruiter and Human Resources Consultant, specializing in nonprofit organizations and founded Pillar Search & HR Consulting in March 2015. Currently serving as an eCornell Course Facilitator since January 2020, Cindy instructs various courses, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Leadership. Additionally, Cindy teaches at Harvard Extension School, where Cindy developed the first-ever Nonprofit Human Resources Management course and earned the Dean's commendation for distinguished teaching. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University, Executive Search Consultant at Lindauer, and Human Resources Consultant at City Year, among others. Cindy holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Regis College.
