Lisa Patz

Lisa Patz is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Cornell University since November 2019. In this role, Lisa advises on strategic HR leadership needs, manages projects, and oversees aspects of Cornell's COVID-19 response, including staffing and performance management. As the Principal at HIGH IMPACT HR LTD since September 2017, Lisa provides consulting services on talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness for small and midsize companies. Previously, Lisa held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at RosieApp, where responsibilities included scaling the HR function and acquiring over 20 employees. Lisa also served as Vice President of HR & Privacy Officer at CBORD from May 1995 to April 2017, overseeing the HR function across the U.S. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and has studied at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
