Marissa Angell is an accomplished landscape architect and educator with a diverse range of professional experiences. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Cornell University and a Visiting Assistant Professor at Pratt Institute, Marissa specializes in planting design and garden-making. Marissa owns and operates Angell Landscape Architecture, PLLC, while also holding roles as an instructor at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the School of Professional Horticulture at the New York Botanical Garden. Marissa has worked as the Principal Landscape Architect and Owner of Marissa Angell Landscape Design, LLC, and has contributed as a freelance designer for various firms, including Larry Weaner Landscape Associates and MIRANDA BROOKS LANDSCAPE DESIGN. Prior experience includes a significant role as an Associate at Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, Inc.
