Seth Brahler

Seth Brahler currently serves as the Senior Director of HR Administration and Technology at Cornell University, a position held since April 2002, where responsibilities include providing strategic and operational leadership for Human Resources optimization, managing HR Information Systems, Benefits Administration, and overseeing a multi-million dollar operating budget along with a staff of 55. Previously, Seth held several key roles at Cornell, including Senior Director of HR, Technology and Information Systems, Director of HRIS, and Associate Director of HRIS Integrations/Data Delivery, focusing on performance optimization, HR systems management, and data-driven initiatives. Prior to joining Cornell, Seth worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Merck from October 1999 to March 2002, and holds a BA in Marketing/Business Administration from Lycoming College.
