Tammy Blasz Dibble

Tammy Blasz Dibble serves as the Director of HR at Cornell University since August 1989, contributing extensive experience in human resources. In addition to this role, Tammy holds leadership positions as President of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) Tompkins County Chapter and President of the CUPA-HR Greater NY Chapter, both since 2018 and 2015 respectively. Tammy's academic background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University (2001) and a Bachelor's degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University (1996-2001), along with a Regents diploma from Ithaca High School (1984-1987).
