Tom Schryver

Tom Schryver is an experienced faculty advisor and executive director at Cornell University, where Tom co-leads Big Red Ventures and directs the Center for Regional Economic Advancement. With a focus on promoting startup growth and entrepreneurship, Tom has established various programs, including commercialization initiatives in partnership with the College of Engineering and support for MBA students at the Johnson Graduate School of Management. In addition, Tom has held leadership roles such as CEO of PI Experiential Learning, Interim CEO and Chief Investment Officer at LaunchNY, and has served in key financial positions at companies including Novomer and e2e Materials. Tom's career reflects a strong background in finance, venture capital, and economic development, complemented by an MBA from Cornell.
