Zachary Jacques

Zachary Jacques currently serves as the Director of Information Services, Research & Innovation at Cornell University, overseeing IT, software engineering, product management, and user experience teams, with a focus on the strategy and review of GenAI platforms and user training. Prior to this role, Zachary held various positions at Synarc, culminating in the role of Sr. Director of Clinical Data Management, where responsibilities included data management product and service design for clinical trials. Earlier career experience includes a series of roles at ASG, where Zachary was responsible for clinical database programming and case report form design. Zachary holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Geneseo.
