Andrew Cohen

Andrew Cohen is an Associate at Corner Ventures.

Andrew supports Corner’s target diligence, deal execution and operational efforts across all Corner platforms.

Prior to joining Corner, Andrew worked at Jefferies LLC in their Technology Investment Banking division. While at Jefferies, Andrew assisted in the overall execution of a broad range of transactions, including M&A, Equity and Debt across various verticals.

Andrew received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
