Rhianna Mcdonald is a dedicated human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and people management. Currently serving as a People Specialist at Cornerstone since April 2020, Rhianna has also held the role of Human Resources Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Specialist Human Resources Recruitment Consultant at REED from February 2019 to March 2020, focusing on HR recruitment services, and as a Restaurant Supervisor at Gourmet Burger Kitchen between January 2017 and December 2018. Rhianna holds a Foundation Certificate in People Practice, Human Resources from Bracknell & Wokingham College, completed in July 2022.
