Shweta Gawas

Shweta Gawas is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as a Local Delivery Specialist in the PC&C People Operations and Advisory team at bp since July 2025. Prior to this role, Shweta worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Tata Communications from April 2023 to July 2025 and as an HRO - Service Delivery Partner at Neeyamo from July 2021 to April 2023. Shweta began her career with a Human Resources internship at VANS Skilling and Advisory in April 2020. Academic qualifications include a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Indira School of Business Studies (2019-2021) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Sinhgad College of Commerce (2015-2018).
