Rotimi Fawole is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel at Cornerstone (CTIL) since June 2018, Rotimi leads managed services contracts, procurement, and commercial disputes while providing strategic insights to Senior Leadership. Previous roles include Governance & Compliance Counsel at Cornerstone, Legal Counsel at KeolisAmey Docklands, and Head of Business Services at techUK. Rotimi also held positions as Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Spinlet and Senior Legal Counsel at Trenchard Partners, accumulating a profound understanding of corporate governance, procurement agreements, and intellectual property. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ibadan.
