Charlie Hogan

Charlie Hogan has extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Cornerstone Apartment Services, Inc. since October 2013, where oversight includes daily operations for over 275 apartment buildings totaling 7,000 units valued at $1.75 billion. Under Charlie’s leadership, the company has developed one of the strongest property management teams in the central Denver market, comprising over 140 employees. Prior roles include Front Desk Manager at Grand Lake Lodge and Crew Leader at Eastern Michigan University. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Real Estate Broker from Kaplan Professional School and a B.S. in Physical Education from Eastern Michigan University. Additional certifications include CAM and various educational pursuits at Hillsdale High and Reading High.
