Under Charlie’s leadership, the company has developed one of the strongest property management teams in the central Denver market, comprising over 140 employees. Prior roles include Front Desk Manager at Grand Lake Lodge and Crew Leader at Eastern Michigan University. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Real Estate Broker from Kaplan Professional School and a B.S. in Physical Education from Eastern Michigan University. Additional certifications include CAM and various educational pursuits at Hillsdale High and Reading High.
