Ruchi Parekh

Ruchi Parekh is a barrister at Cornerstone Barristers since October 2015, following a role as a pupil barrister. Prior experience includes serving as a legal officer at JUSTICE from September 2013 to July 2015, where leadership of the civil justice program involved co-authoring "Delivering Justice in an Age of Austerity" alongside Sir Stanley Burnton. Additionally, Ruchi Parekh held the position of associate editor at Just Security, contributing commentary on legal developments in the UK, EU, and ECtHR, and aggregated news on national security topics. Previous roles also include assistant editor at INTERIGHTS and teaching fellow in public law at SOAS, complemented by an LLM from Harvard Law School and an LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
