Matt Arseneaux, MBA

Matt Arseneaux, MBA, has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Matt started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Cornerstone Chemical Company in August 2003, where they worked until September 2006. From September 2006 to December 2011, Matt served as an Operations Manager for Acrylonitrile at Cornerstone Chemical Company. Matt then took on the role of Operations Manager for Acrylonitrile and Methylmethacrylate from December 2011 to June 2014. Matt continued their career at Cornerstone Chemical Company as an Operations Manager for Acrylonitrile and Material Services from June 2014 to October 2014, and later as an Operations Manager for Acrylonitrile and Material Services / Ammonia from October 2014 to April 2019. In April 2019, they were promoted to the position of Director of Operations, overseeing the Acrylonitrile, Material Services, and Ammonia divisions.

Before joining Cornerstone Chemical Company, Matt worked at ExxonMobil Chemical Company from February 1999 to July 2003. Matt started as an Engineer in the Intermediates Operating Department and was later promoted to Plant Engineer in the same department. In August 2002, they transferred to the Intermediates and Aromatics Technical Department as a Plant Engineer.

Through their various roles and tenure at both Cornerstone Chemical Company and ExxonMobil Chemical Company, Matt has developed a strong background in operations management and engineering within the chemical industry.

Matt Arseneaux, MBA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Rhode Island from 1994 to 1998. Matt then pursued further education, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from Tulane University between 2006 and 2008.
