Dr. Kalpana Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and medical facilities. Kalpana Gupta currently serves as the President at Cornerstone LTAC in Webster, Texas since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Medical Director of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) at Cornerstone LTAC starting from July 2017.

Dr. Gupta also has experience as an Attending Physician at Memorial Hermann South East from August 2018 and at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center from July 2014. Kalpana Gupta served as an Attending Physician at Memorial Hermann Pearland Hospital from August 2017 and as the Medical Director at Amed Community Hospice from September 2017.

Additionally, Dr. Gupta held the position of Vice President at Cornerstone Healthcare Group from March 2018 to February 2020, and as the Medical Director for Kindred At Homes, a home health company, from July 2017 to August 2019. Kalpana Gupta has also worked as an Attending Physician at Methodist Hospital since July 2015.

Kalpana Gupta, MD, FACP obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Medicine from the Whiddon College of Medicine at the University of South Alabama, from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, from 1989 to 1992. In addition to their educational background, they have been certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in January 2011.
