Nicola O'Brien

Nicola O’Brien is the Deputy Director of Delivery with over 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector. She started working with Cornerstone as a Team Leader in 2010, and during the next seven years progressed to become Service Manager, then Operational Manager. Thereafter, she was successfully appointed to the position of Branch Leader in 2017. Nicola has since moved into the position of Deputy Director of Delivery. As part of her journey she achieved an SVQ 4 in Health & Social Care as well as an SVQ 4 in Leadership & Management.
