Tony Dinozzi

Tony Dinozzi is a Board Member at Cornerstone Community Care. Prior to this, they were with RWG (Repair & Overhauls) Limited, TransCanada Turbines, EthosEnergy, Wood, and Deloitte UK.

Tony has over 25 years of experience in the corporate finance and investment banking sector. Tony has particular expertise in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions and corporate restructurings.

Tony began their career in 1995 with Rutherford Manson Dowds as an M&A Manager. In 1998, they moved to Deloitte UK where they worked as an M&A Assistant Director for two years. Tony then joined Wood in 2000 as an investment banker. Tony spent three years with the company before moving to EthosEnergy in 2003. Tony spent 16 years with EthosEnergy, during which time they held various positions including Head of Investment Banking, Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer. In 2019, Tony joined TransCanada Turbines as a Non-Executive Director. Tony remained with the company until November 2020 when Wood sold its investment in TransCanada Turbines.

Tony Dinozzi's educational career includes obtaining a MA (Hons) in Accountancy from the University of Aberdeen, as well as attending Dunblane High School.
