Jim Lloyd

Jim Lloyd has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jim served as a Chairman Facilities & Equipment Committee for the Central Community School Board since 2010. In 2002, they founded Cornerstone Commercial Flooring and currently holds the position of President. Under their leadership, Cornerstone has become a prominent player in the Gulf South's commercial flooring sector and is a member of the Starnet Worldwide Commercial Flooring Network. Jim was also a member of the Starnet Affiliation from 2008 to 2010. Before starting their own business, they worked at the Sherwin Williams Company as a Commercial Branch Manager from 1989 to 1999. Furthermore, Jim also had a notable military career in the Louisiana Army National Guard, where they served as a Combat Engineer and excelled as a Heavy Construction Equipment Operator.

Jim Lloyd attended Louisiana State University in 1987, where they studied management. In 1988, they transferred to the University of New Orleans, continuing their studies in management until 1989.
