Will Cousineau

Will Cousineau joined Cornerstone in June 2017 as a principal in the firm’s Springfield, IL office. Since joining the firm, Will has successfully led a number of efforts for clients in many spaces. Clients have secured a number of legislative victories, millions of dollars in new capital funding, and he has helped to devise a number of effective procurement strategies.
