Elena Terol

Elena Terol is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting. Currently serving as an EMEA Council Member for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) since February 2024, Elena is also the Managing Partner at Cornerstone International Group, a prominent global retained executive search firm with 60 offices across 40 countries, a role held since June 2006. Additionally, Elena has been a Socia Directora at ExcellentSearch since October 2005, specializing in executive recruitment and HR consulting. Elena's experience includes membership in EJE&CON, a former position as a Senior Consultant at Hudson, and consulting roles at Seeliger y Conde and Russell Reynolds Associates.
