Kenneth Tan

Kenneth Tan has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Kenneth started their career in 1987 at DBS Bank, where they began as a Trainee Officer and eventually became the Head of Treasury Sales. In this role, they managed a team responsible for sales of various financial products to clients, including FX, rates, credit, and derivative products.

After leaving DBS Bank, Kenneth joined Merril Lynch Private Bank as Treasurer for the APAC region. Here, they managed treasury activities, including money market ALM, advisory FX and rates execution, and the development and marketing of enhanced yield structures for PB clients.

In 1995, Kenneth joined BNP Paribas as the Managing Director and Head of Corporate Sales for Southeast Asia in the Global Markets division. Kenneth played a key role in marketing and distributing multi-product coverage to corporate clients, servicing their treasury needs. Additionally, they later assumed the role of the Head of MNC Sales for APAC, where they managed a team serving MNCs from Asia, Europe, and the US, offering tailored-made solutions and One-Stop Banking services.

Currently, Kenneth is working at Cornerstone International Group as the Director of Executive Search for the Singapore office. Kenneth'sresponsibilities include overseeing executive search activities for the regional countries of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Vietnam, providing talent solutions and maximizing career growth.

Kenneth Tan obtained a First Class Honours degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
