Human Resources

The Human Resources team at Cornerstone Medical Group is responsible for managing employee relations, recruiting and hiring staff, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Team members include an Executive Assistant, who provides administrative support; the Director of Human Resources, who leads strategic HR initiatives; and a Senior Human Resources Generalist, who handles a wide range of HR functions from employee onboarding to performance management. Their goal is to create a supportive and efficient workplace for over 80 physicians and midlevel providers across 28 locations.
