Naomi Ducharme

Naomi DuCharme is a skilled professional with experience in project coordination, research, and economic analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Expert Development Coordinator at Cornerstone Research since May 2025, Naomi provides premier support to experts in the organization. Previously, as a Senior Project Associate at IBI from July 2022 to June 2025, Naomi managed USAID-funded projects and contributed to monitoring, evaluation, and learning initiatives. Earlier roles included a Short-Term Consultant and Research Assistant at the Inter-American Development Bank, focusing on the impact of globalization on labor market inequalities, and various positions at William & Mary and Trader Joe's that involved data analysis, customer service, and team training. Naomi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from William & Mary in 2022 and participated in a study abroad program at Istituto Lorenzo de'​ Medici in 2020.
