Viola Serrano serves as Vice President & Principal in R&D Executive Search at Cornerstone Search Group, a firm specializing in executive recruitment for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors since March 2013. With a progressive career path within the same organization, Viola has held various titles including Senior Director and Director of Pharmaceutical/Biotech Executive Search, focusing on identifying and recruiting top-tier professionals for diverse roles in drug development and commercialization. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Associate at The Stevenson Group, where Viola supported a range of clients from startups to established companies in five core practice areas, and roles at ADP and Robinson Consulting Group as a Staffing Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator, respectively.
