Charles Rawlins

Charles Rawlins has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charles began their career as a Summer Intern at the Software Engineering Institute in 2009. Following that, they worked as an Administrative/Technological Assistant at Pittsburgh Digital in 2011. In 2012, they held positions as an Account Manager at MMI Marketing and as a vLab System Administrator at Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College. Later that year, they became a Computer Support Consultant at the same university.

From 2013 to 2019, Charles held multiple roles at Yusen Logistics (Americas), Inc., starting as a Systems Analyst and progressing to Developer/Programmer Analyst I and II (Senior). At Clear Function, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer, developing web and application solutions for clients, including first-time entrepreneurs and established companies.

In 2022, they joined American Car Center as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in building and supporting web applications and integrating them with third-party vendor platforms. Charles then joined Lokion as a Software Architect in 2022, where they worked until 2023.

Currently, Charles Rawlins is employed as a Software Architect at CSG, starting in January 2023. In this role, they interact with clients to understand their needs and translates them into technical designs. Charles also provides development guidance and leads multi-member project teams.

Charles Rawlins attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2007 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Policy and Management. Charles also pursued a minor in Music Technology during the same period.
