Robert started their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Avionics/ Infantry from September 1996 to September 2004. Robert then worked as a Firefighter for the City of Auburn, AL from June 1999 to August 2003. Robert T. also worked as an Underwriter/ Asset Based Lending for a Private Lender from February 2003 to May 2005, and as an Acquisition & Sales role for REALnet Brokerage from August 2003 to December 2005.
In 2010, Robert T. joined UBS Wealth Management as part of the Southern Company ESOP Program, Sales team from April to December. Robert also worked with AUDI AG as a Program Management Consultant from October 2012 to June 2014.

Robert then worked as the Chief Operating Officer for EDS Service Solutions from March 2016 to April 2017.
In 2004, Robert T. became the President of Cornerstone Realty Partners, Inc. and in 2013, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone Hospitality Solutions, where they are currently serving.
Robert T. earned a BSBA in Finance from Auburn University from 1999 to 2002. Later, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Auburn University in 2002-2003. Additionally, they hold certifications in Securities, Broker-Dealer Agent Registration from UBS, and as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from Drake Real Estate & Investments. Robert is also associated with the National Veteran Owned Business Association.
