Kathleen Le, PT, DPT, is an experienced physical therapist currently working at Cornerstone VNA since May 2025, specializing in home care. Kathleen has also served as a supervisor at Lexie's Joint since December 2015, overseeing staff and training new hires across various locations. Prior experience includes roles at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation, Ability Allies, and SEACOAST BODY BALANCE, LLC, where expertise in neurological, orthopedic, and vestibular disorders was developed. Kathleen has worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network, and has participated in hands-on training in manual therapy techniques during clinical placements at Professional Physical Therapy and Chans Home Health Care. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
