Aditi Mohan

Aditi Mohan is an experienced engineering manager currently with Cornerstone OnDemand, leading the Saba Meeting team since April 2020. Previously, Aditi held several key positions at Saba Software, including team lead for Saba Meeting and Saba Compensation, where responsibilities included developing scalable product features and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Aditi's expertise also extends to API development, having designed the REST API architecture for Saba Meeting and contributed to the transition of Saba's offerings to the cloud. Beginning as a software engineer for Saba Learning in India, Aditi has consistently contributed to innovative solutions throughout a career spanning over 18 years. Aditi holds a Master's degree in Software Development from SCIT and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BIT Mesra.
