Alan Ortiz is a seasoned business consultant with extensive experience in organizational development, learning and development, and project management. Currently serving as a Business Consultant at Cornerstone OnDemand, Alan has played a pivotal role in the merger of Cornerstone and Saba Software. Alan's consultancy practice, Knowledge Sculpting, Ltd., focuses on coaching entrepreneurs and executives while facilitating ideation sessions and delivering project management courses. Additional roles include serving as an OD Facilitator/Trainer at HR Source and a Salesforce Training Consultant at Gallagher.
