Cecil Galli

Cecil Galli currently serves as the Interim Head of Legal and Associate General Counsel International at Cornerstone OnDemand, a position held since March 2022, while also holding the role of Managing Counsel EMEA since April 2015. Galli has extensive experience in managing commercial matters for the EMEA and APJ regions, focusing on contracts, data privacy, and security issues. Previous roles include Regional Legal Counsel for French-speaking countries at Software AG, EMEA Head of Legal at HR Access Solutions overseeing legal teams across 12 subsidiaries, and International Lawyer at MicroStrategy, addressing corporate and commercial matters for the French subsidiary. Legal Counsel experience at Hyperion Solutions France involved managing corporate and commercial legal issues, including licensing agreements and customer negotiations. Galli holds an LLM in IT & New Technologies Law from Paris-Sud University.
